Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

We are happy to make it right by offering a replacement.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Providing images with your initial request will help us resolve your issue faster.


Refunds

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your refund request

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Processing times may take up to 5 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

We generally do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase
